All other back-office support functions (Marketing, HR, Finance, Purchasing, IT, secretarial, etc) and supervisory positions are recruited and developed internally, while the vast majority of managerial level vacancies are also filled from inside the organisation. 

Sales Assistant (Male and Female) 

Salary in UAE DIRHAMS : AED 2,424 (Basic Salary) / AED 2424 (Allowances) 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. Place of Employment : Dubai 
2. Trial (Probationary) Period : Three Months 
3 . Working Hours : 48 hours per week  
4. Overtime: Paid or time off
5. Accommodation Sharing: Provided by the company
6. Transportation to work/accommodation: Provided by the company
7. Provision for food or Food Allowance: Not provided 
8. Joining/return air ticket from Beijing to UAE : Provided 
9. Condition of Termination of Employment & Final Settlement: As per UAE Law 
10. Medical Benefits: Medical insurance provided 
11. Leave Benefits - after 12 working months : 30 calendar days (UAE, Law)  
12. Provision in regards to renewal of contract: 2 - year contract (renewable) 
13. Occupational Safety Provision: As per UAE Law  
14. Social Security Provision including Compensation for Injury & Death: Provided 
15. Mode of Settlement of Disputes: As per UAE Law 
16. Provision in regards to disposal and transportation of dead body of employment: Provided by the company 
17. Yearly vacation ticket allowance: Provided by the company

Attention ! 

We hereby agree to issue ticket from Kathmandu, Nepal to UAE and return ticket from UAE to Kathmandu, Nepal after the completion of the contract. We also acknowledge that we are not charging any visa cost and also not providing Government processing, pre-employment medical cost, orientation cost, travel insurance cost and Government Tax to the agency of Nepal which should be borne by the candidates themselves. 

If candidate will not be able to travel on the agreed date under the issued ticket, he/she will bear the re-booking or issuance of a new ticket cost. 

A. BASIC TERMS

1. Contract Status: Overseas Hire (Single Status) 

2. Point of Origin: Kathmandu, Nepal

3. Site of employment: Dubai International Airport, Al Maktoum International Airport, Dubai, United Arab Emirates or any other site in Dubai designated by the management.

4. Employee designation: Sales Assistant (includes other related ad hoc assignments such as Airport Customer Service activities and other company events)

5. Basic monthly salary: Dhs 2,424 (Basic) + Dhs 2,424 (Allowance) — Dhs 1000 (Housing deduction). Salary is payable on the 25'h day of each month by direct bank transfer. 

6. Probationary Period: Three (3) months (may be extended if performance is not satisfactory) 

7. Working hours: 8 hours and 20 minutes per day on a shift roster basis (24-hour shop operation) 

8. Overtime pay:

a. For regular hours: 1.25 

b. For work on Holidays : 1.50 

9. Leave with Full Pay

a. Vacation Leave: 30 days per annum

b. Sick Leave : 15 days full pay, 30 days half pay (at the discretion of the management) 

10. Effective of Contract: Upon departure from point of origin

11. Duration of Contract: Two (2) years automatically renewable unless otherwise stated by either party.

12. Indemnity payment : Upon normal contract expiration and normal resignation procedures an indemnity payment will be paid as per company policy.

13. Staff Welfare Fund: A nominal fee will be deducted on a monthly basis which will be paid into the Staff Welfare Fund. 

B. THE EMPLOYER SHALL PROVIDE THE EMPLOYEE: 

1. An annual vacation travel allowance based on economy class ticket for the declared country of origin. The amount is subject to periodic change based on the market price changes. 

2. Free air transportation from point of origin to site of employment and, in the following cases, free return transportation to the point of origin. 

a. Expiration and non-renewal of this contract

b. Termination of this contract by the Employer without just cause.

c. If the employee is unable to continue to work due to work-connected or work-aggravated injury or illness.

d. In such other cases where the contract of employment is terminated through no fault of the employee. 

3. Suitable furnished accommodation. This will be subsidized by the Employer and a deduction from the salary of the Employee will be made automatically each month. 

4. Medical Insurance. This will be provided by the employer for the employee only, as per company policy. Whereas the company is currently funding the cost of this insurance fully, it retains the right to recover part of the cost from employee in the future, should the cost of this insurance become prohibitive. 

5. Workmen's compensation benefits for service-connected illness or injuries, or death in accordance with the pertinent laws of Dubai 

6. Free uniform. Cleaning and upkeep are the responsibility of the employee. 

7. Free transportation to and from work and other official company events, within the city of Dubai, on routes as determined by Management.
