चैत २, काठमाडौँ । बैदेशिक रोजगारीका लागि विदेशिने श्रमिकले आफू जाने देशको बारेमा थाहा पाउन विदेश जानुअघि अभिमुखीकरण तालिम लिनुपर्छ । श्रमिकले आफू जान लागेको देश, आफूले गर्ने काम र पाउने पारिश्रमिकबारे राम्ररी जानकारी लिएर मात्रै विदेश जानु राम्रो हुन्छ ।

बैदेशिक रोजगार विभागका अनुसार हाल नेपालमा १ सय ३२ वटा अभिमुखीकरण तालिम दिने संस्थाहरु सक्रिय रहेका छन् । यसरी अभिमुखीकारण तालिम लिएर विदेश जाँदा सम्बन्धित रोजगारदाता देशको बारेमा थाहा पाइन्छ जसकारण श्रमिकहरु विदेशमा गएपछि समस्यामा पर्नबाट जोगिन सक्छन् ।

सम्बधित देशको बारेमा जानकारी लिन वैदेशिक रोजगारीमा जानुअघि दुई दिन अनिवार्यरुपमा अभिमुखीकरण तालिम लिनुपर्ने व्यवस्था छ ।
